Covid: How to deal with social anxiety as restrictions ease

  The pandemic of COVID-19 has ben really hard for all of us. Isolation and contacting family and friends throught the Internet became somthing common in everyday life. There are people with social anxiety- fear of social sitiuations, or behaving in their group of friends and feeling self-concious. Often, it cause sweating, palipiations and panic attacks. For example, there is Maria- midwife, who is spending most of the pandemic working. She dosen't have much time to talk or text with her friends. Unlike other people, Maria isn't ready for the socializing after ending of the lockdown in England. Also, there is another person with an anxiety- Oli. He doesn't likeloud places, like noghtclubs, he prefers to enjoy places like pubs and bars, where is quiet and there is no croded. Despite of his feeling and thoughts, Oli decided to push himself.
